The Learning Warehouse is at the heart of a social enterprise programme designed to support learning and leadership for social sustainability in schools, higher education and the workplace through providing tools and resources which:
- strengthen individuals to become self aware, self regulated and responsible learners
- provide the opportunity to turn diagnosis into strategy and action for individuals and organisations, particularly in the context of mentoring relationships
- provide tools to support organisational learning, change and improvement through self evaluation
- provide the means to support community led research and development
- provide a powerful data collection vehicle for ongoing fundamental and blue skies research into individual, organisational and community learning and change
- link research, practice, policy and enterprise in an innovative model of engagement and knowledge co-generation
- build social and intellectual capital in business and community
